Research Assistant
Arvind Nandakumar is a Research Assistant with a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor's in Microbial Biology from UC Berkeley. Their work focuses on developing biomedical devices and organ-on-chip platforms, with expertise in electronics, programming, and fabrication. Arvind's current projects involve the design and automation of these platforms. Arvind's research interests include: Organ-on-Chip, Gut-Brain Axis, Digital Twins, and Point-of-Care. Outside the lab, they enjoy tinkering with DIY electronics, and exploring new tools for creative prototyping
