Anushka Srivastava

Anushka is a dedicated graduate researcher with a strong foundation in biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering at Columbia University, she is passionate about bridging the gap between scientific innovation and practical applications in healthcare and focuses strongly on the translation of technologies from the lab into the market.

In the lab, Anushka is a part of the OOC team, working closely with Ilaria on lung tissue and cancer cell lines to understand their behaviours and responses better. She is committed to leveraging her skills and knowledge to drive positive change in the field of biomedical engineering and looks forward to contributing to transformative initiatives in the biomedical landscape. Outside of the lab, Anushka is actively trying to explore the many things NYC has to offer, in every way she can!
